More and more videography is becoming synonymous with photography - video is, after all, just a collection of many still images, right? Although the rules of light and composition, apply similarly, there are some huge differences in technical skills, like camera set-up, editing to music and soft skills. I love the challenge of applying the skills I have acquired taking photos, to make impactful and engaging video content.

My primary objective at the King of the Point surf contest was to shoot photos - which you can see here. But I did capture some footage and edit this clip for my Youtube Channel, The Surfing Connoisseur.   

Lewis Sylvester is a talented boxer from Hull. We shot this video for his Instagram, to promote and a fight he had coming up.

This is a promo video I produced for York's Bare Knuckle Barber; barber who's passionate about boxing.

After the success of my first video with Bare Knuckle Barber, we collaborated on a number of others, including this effort, to promote some pop-up events he had planned.

As well as being a barber, Joe (the Bare Knuckle Boxer) is a passionate boxer. This is a short we made for his Instagram. 

My focus at York Baloon Fiesta was primarily shooting photos, but I did get a handful of video, which I put together to make this short, for Instagram.
