7/11/20: Surfing - Cayton Bay - Foggy Daze
I was up early to shoot a dying swell, hoping that the morning sunrise light might make up for the lack of surf.
It was so foggy driving there that I aborted my initial plans to head up north, because I felt like a trip over the moors in thick fog, at near freezing conditions, wasn't wise.
So I went to my old favourite, Cayton. It was worth it. The surf was slightly bigger than forecast. I had the sea, and even the beach at times, to myself for the first hour. Before I was joined by a friendly local (and a seal, for a while).
